The two who came to wash the windows were very polite, and they were thorough and efficient. I'm extremely pleased with how clean the windows are. I will definitely call Prime Tim...

Worst

I was quoted $140 Then I was told it’s $170 Not fair and honest. I won’t hire this company again, because of that.

We are very pleased 4/19/2016

Overall our experience with the guys over at Prime Time Window Cleaning was really very good. There was a little bit of a bumpy start in that when I called I was quoted one price but when they came out to my home I was given a different price. The difference was negligible though so that is not really a big deal. Other than that though they were very polite and very nice and they did great work in a very short amount of time. We are very pleased with how everything turned out and we would not hesitate to use these guys again! more

Prime Time Window Cleaning cleaned my outside windows. They were prompt and they did it while I was work, so even though I don't know what they were like, I didn't have any issues and the whole thing seemed easy. This is not my first using them and I will continue to use their services like I have been. more

Stands behind their work 3/9/2016

They arrived on time, they were courteous, There was a problem however. Two of the return spring mechanisms got broke on my Marvin windows. The owner stood behind their company and paid the bill to replace and install the new balance return springs. I will use them again. more

Gutter only 3/9/2016

I had my gutters cleaned after the final leaves fell in early December. The tech that came out was very nice and got the job done quickly. That explains that when there was a torrential downpour right before Xmas, my lower gutters had large amounts of water spilling over and my basement was close to getting water. Getting up on a ladder to my gutters, I saw they were clear of leaves but there was a very thick layer of powdery leaves etc that blocked the gutter spouts. I had to scoop it out and then the gutter was clear. I have been happy with prior cleanings but not this last one. Not sure if I'll sign up for a gutter cleaning in the future. more

Over charged 3/8/2016

I had Christmas lights put up, and have for years, but this year I put the lights on the bushes and only had Prime Time put up lights on the roof. For this I was charged $240.00 and then for the take down another $140.00. 380.00 for putting up lights is so much higher than I have been charged in the past. Then after the snow melted I found 20 or so of the fasteners on the ground, looks like they were fell off the roof and no one picked them up. more

Go elsewhere 3/8/2016

The man was there for 20 minutes literally. I know because he called me when he arrived and I said I was on my way home. I arrived 20 minutes later. While my house is not big, there is no way he did my entire house because there would be time involved to move the ladder and get up to the second floor gutters. I was told later after the fact that he took away 10 gallons of leaves. As I was there and saw what he took away...I was lied to. I was also charged for services I did not request. When I complained about it I was told that I really needed what the guy did. Let's face it...the customer is always right is no longer the case. Take your business elsewhere these people are not ethical. more
