The two who came to wash the windows were very polite, and they were thorough and efficient. I'm extremely pleased with how clean the windows are. I will definitely call Prime Tim...

Worst

I was quoted $140 Then I was told it’s $170 Not fair and honest. I won’t hire this company again, because of that.

Of 5 windows, 2 in living room - very good, 1 in living room, good. bedroom- a 3 inch strip down middle missed, office window - gave an effort but does have bars. Workers felt rushed to finish because of truck parked at fireplug - may be why not an excellent job. My quoted price went from $60-70 to $120 because of double pella panes. Too much. more

Missed appt....Waited all day 7/12/2016

First time I tried them. My appointment was set for 9 AM. I received a message that morning just before 9, they were running late and would be on site no later than 11 AM. No one arrived so called again and was told it would be 3 PM before they arrived. They showed up at 3:30. I was told I would be compensated for waiting all day...yep, $10.00 discount. more

Never again will I EVER hire PrimeTime Window Cleaning. Very difficult to work with. Broke stuff at my house and never took responsibility for their actions. They left me with more expenses than I started with! more

Exceptional service 7/12/2016

I have used Prime Time for years and am generally happy with the result. This year, one man was dropped off and he did all the windows, inside and out, plus screens without taking a break. The job took several hours. I only wish I had his name because he deserves to be recognized. more

They were horrible. Sent a guy the first time who did a half $@!#% job. Dirt left on Windows. Didn't speak English. Had to call back the company at least 4 times. Each time they had no record of my previous call. Don't waste your money with this terrible business!! more

Good service, polite, always show up. 7/11/2016

We had Prime Time Window Cleaning earlier on and they were fine. They provided good service and they were polite. This last time they came I think there was only one fellow, I've used them a few different times for gutter and for window cleaning and they have done a good job with both. I think we'll probably end up using them again, I just call them whenever the needs comes up and they are always good to show up and take care of things. more

For the last two years I have used Prime Time Window Cleaning, Inc. to have the windows on the outside of my house cleaned. I usually use them once or twice a year and they are great! They start and finish the job quickly and thoroughly. more

I needed my windows cleaned and they did a good job. 6/27/2016

My experience with Prime Time Window Cleaning happened in the springtime when we had miserable weather, so they came back as soon as they could and did a perfect job. They cleaned about 40 to 50 windows on our building, and I don't think the windows had been cleaned like that for as long as we have been here. The window cleaners worked quickly and neatly, and they were fabulous. It was my first time using Prime Time, and they were great and wonderful. I'm very happy with them and I will call again. Very good experience 6/8/2016

Prime Time Window Cleaning, Inc. was very polite, professional and friendly. I like that they're very responsive. When I called them, they were able to come out in two days. Some of the other places I had called before didn't even answer their phones, which I thought was odd. With that aspect in mind, I was satisfied. They came out when they said they were going to come out, and for the most part the price was what I was willing to pay. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. This was my first time using them and I would use them again. more

Prime Time Window Cleaning, Inc has fair pricing. I've had them call me at least 4 times though to get my windows cleaned, and I've had them cleaned already. They keep calling me and it's really weird. I don't know how they arrange these things. But otherwise, they do a nice job. I've had them for a long time. more

Excellent Service! 5/27/2016

Prime Time Window Cleaning, Inc. sent Noah out to clean all 35 windows it took him about 2 hours to complete. I think he did an exemplary job! He was professional, thorough and polite. Doing business with this company was a smooth process - starting with the first phone call to set up the appointment. I think their prices are reasonable seem how they take into consideration of how many windows you want clean and if the job would be an interior or exterior service. I had a positive experience with Prime Time Window Cleaning, Inc. more

Pricing was deceitful The amt of windows was wrong and pricing did not fit job to be done and no mention of spring special $15 off was taken i had to call and question and even then i am not sure i hot a fair deal May need to go elsewhere more
