very professional 7/8/2016

We had a real nice tech visit our house yesterday, Barry L., who looked over our AC system very carefully in the run up to the coming warm-weather season. Not only did our system get a 'clean bill of health', but Barry was quite personable as we chatted prior to his departure, very professional, and there was no doubt he knew his trade. A real nice guy with a sense of humor no less! It would be totally ok if we got him the next time! more

Excellent customer service. 7/8/2016

Excellent customer service. Not only did the owner show up for the installation, but we had four service men here at one point in time. The appointment started and finished in the time stated. Service man Dave L. was very helpful in answering my questions on our new furnace and air conditioning units. Both Dave L and Gabe were polite and courteous for the whole install. I would highly recommend this company for there service. more

Central Air Conditioning Instillation 7/6/2013

Steve and Ryan arrived at the stated time, and asked where the access to the attic and the electrical box were located. Ryan then informed me how the installation would proceed and if I had any questions about the instillation. Upon not having any questions they quickly went to work covering the carpets, and exposed floors before removing the old central air conditioning system. With the old system quickly removed, the new system was just as quickly installed. \r \r The entire crew was most professional and ensured that nothing was overlooked. The unit outside the house had a wiring conduit that was not properly placed that could have caused the wires to wear and short over time. Being caring professionals Steve and Ryan repaired the unit in short order. This surely would have resulted in a service call sometime in the future had the gentlemen not seen and corrected the situation created by a factory oversight on the unit. Excellent yearly tune-up as well as trouble shooting and fixing a problem. 5/20/2013

Today Phil D. came for our annual tune-up for our AC. Ironically just two days ago we noticed that the unit was not cooling. Phil found the problem right away and in just a few minutes we had cooling! He proceeded to service our unit in his typical knowledgeable and courteous fashion. We have been requesting Phil for years when we schedule our yearly tune-up. He is always very prompt and professional. We know our unit is in excellent hands with Phil! more

He explained to us the problem and options we can take for the future. I must say I am sorry for not giving feedback for him on my spring maintenance of the heat pump as he was the tech that performed that service as well. I was hospitalized right after the service and thru all that was happening I just forgot to do it. So I will say now that Steve W did a great job on the maintenecance call , he was thorough and efficient and in the future I will be requesting Steve W for continued maintenenace and problems of my heat pump. more

Rohrer's One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning recently came out and gave me an estimate for an A/C unit. We then proceeded with the purchase and about a week and a half later they returned to install the A/C. This was done in my dad's home but I've also used them for my home. more

Efficient, courteous service 8/6/2012

I highly recommended Rohrer's One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning. I have been using them for 12 years and I've always been very happy with them. They have cared for my furnace, hot water heater, and air conditioner. They are very efficient and very courteous. I like that they are clean, they always clean up their work area before they leave. I think that they are a little more expensive than everybody else but they're worth it. more
