The young man was very pleasant and seemed to do his job without delay, however, we had to have a follow up visit because of something he missed.
I kept hearing a noise up in our attic when heat was on (still needed heat on even though AC was checked due to time of year). Another service man made the followup and found that the other guy did not fill a pan in attic back up with water after draining it?? Problem solved but was inconvenient for us to have to make another appointment and due to where our unit is, to have to remove all the items in a closet again!!

We try to remember everything every time, but we always have room to improve. Again, we apologize.
