My Air Conditioner service 8/5/2012

I thought the service was top notch. It always is from this company. The technician was there promply. He was very courteous and he figured out the problem in several minutes. He fixed my heat pump and was gone within an hour. I couldn't be happier. more

Making our House Cool again 7/29/2012

Steve W \r Serviced our heat pump / AC yesterday. \r Steve got here quickly, was friendly , informative and quickly made the repairs necessary to get our equipment up and running again. I would recommend him and Rohrer's to family, neighbors and friend. more

No More Worries with Heating/ Cooling 7/19/2012

We have enjoyed excellent service from Rohrer's One Hour over the past 3 years following a referral from my parents. Previous experiences with other companies had been inconsistent. On our most recent service call with Rohrer's, Aaron G. phoned ahead to ensure if it was ok to arrive earlier in the day than previously scheduled. He was very courteous and professional throughout the visit, reviewed the problem with our air conditioning unit and explained the issue in great detail. He ensured the unit was in proper working order and explained the paperwork involved as well. Thank you Aaron and Rohrer's for no more worries! more

The technicians were very polite and professional. They made as little dirt as possible in the living area of the house. They were here almost 8 hours, and they disrupted my life very little. They are on time, professional, care about our home and how we want it to work and their prices are fair. We have a maintenance agreement and will continue to use them .
