We have enjoyed excellent service from Rohrer's One Hour over the past 3 years following a referral from my parents. Previous experiences with other companies had been inconsistent. On our most recent service call with Rohrer's, Aaron G. phoned ahead to ensure if it was ok to arrive earlier in the day than previously scheduled. He was very courteous and professional throughout the visit, reviewed the problem with our air conditioning unit and explained the issue in great detail. He ensured the unit was in proper working order and explained the paperwork involved as well. Thank you Aaron and Rohrer's for no more worries!
