Steve W was the service tech that came to our house for an emergency call of no ac. He was very knowledgable and professional in his assessing the problems and fixing it. He explained to us the problem and options we can take for the future. I must say I am sorry for not giving feedback for him on my spring maintenance of the heat pump as he was the tech that performed that service as well. I was hospitalized right after the service and thru all that was happening I just forgot to do it. So I will say now that Steve W did a great job on the maintenecance call , he was thorough and efficient and in the future I will be requesting Steve W for continued maintenenace and problems of my heat pump.
