Great! the last time repair was not covered it was a seal but repairman told me how to fix it with a hairdryer I found a better hairdryer and did what he said and it helped the seal work better I thank him for his information. Good Job! more

Horrible Customer Service 2/9/2010

This company came to our house to fix a wash machine. They came to the house twice, and the second time with a new part. The machine leaked worse after the repair. They failed twice to make phone calls to us that they promised to make in order to inform us of the situation. When we called to discuss the situation the customer service rep and the manager were VERY rude and did not seem interested in treating us like paying customers. The manager was unwilling to take responsibility for anything: STAY AWAY! Cons: Customer Service, Technical Skill, Phone Calls more

Technical skill and customer service are non-existent 8/7/2009

Mr. Appliance was the authorized service agen for a warranty repair on a 9 month old fridge. The tech came out quickly at first. He decided it needed a new part and came back a week later to fix it. The tech not only could not fix it, he damaged the water/ice component in the door rendering it completely unusable. He left, stating it would need a whole new door. I called the office for more detai regarding the status of the repair and why the tech had left the door more damaged than when he had started. I was transferred to the tech's VM before my question was answered! . Despite repeated requests for infromation, we're 3 weeks out from the date of damage, and still no call, no follow up, nothing from Mr. Appliance! All the CSR in the office can tell me before abruptly transferring me to the tech yet again,(who never seems to answer his cell phone or return calls) was it would take ""some time"" maybe as along as 8-10 weeks for the new door to arrive! No expected delivery date, no apology for the inconveneince and hassle. Zip, nada, nothing! Pros: good inital contact Cons: No follow thru or call back, tech further damaged appliance more

I realize this was a warranty repair, and a simple at that, but... they arrived literally at the very moment of the beginning of the two-hour appointment window. They performed the work in a friendly, timely and efficient manner, leaving everything as it should be. So - at least this customer is a happy one. Pros: Amazingly on-time more

Not timely service 7/16/2007

They were initiailly super helpful, but then when it came time to get my part they never called me to tell me that my part was on backorder. The technician was out at the end of June and made my stove not function and then he came the following week and had the wrong part and then 3 weeks later I called to see if my part was in and they said it wasn't. I have been without a stove for 6 weeks! I called again to see if the part had arrived and I was put on hold for about 15 mins. Pros: Nice Cons: slow, not organized more

Appliance repair - don't waste your time! 9/24/2006

These guys are horrible. I have made 2 appointments and waited during the 2 hour window and they have not shown up. I have left messages for service and they dont call back. Their level of customer service stinks. Don't waste your time waiting for them to show up. Call a more reliable firm!! Cons: they do not show up for appointments. They dont call you back. more
