This company came to our house to fix a wash machine. They came to the house twice, and the second time with a new part. The machine leaked worse after the repair. They failed twice to make phone calls to us that they promised to make in order to inform us of the situation. When we called to discuss the situation the customer service rep and the manager were VERY rude and did not seem interested in treating us like paying customers.
