I've rarely had such a bad customer experience. They made two attempts at repairing the door of my oven. The first attempt was to replace the hinge. When this didn't work, they tried to jury rig it closed with a screw and a washer. True story.
Obviously this didn't hold for more than a day or two.
I called and ask for a refund, and was told I'd receive one. Nothing came. I called three more times, about once a month, and each time was told the check was on its way.
Today I called again and was told the refund would be sent- but then they called me back to say that they had decided that they would not refund the bill--not any portion of it--because ""their parts were in the oven."" So why had they said repeatedly that they would refund it?
I'd look elsewhere.
