They were initiailly super helpful, but then when it came time to get my part they never called me to tell me that my part was on backorder. The technician was out at the end of June and made my stove not function and then he came the following week and had the wrong part and then 3 weeks later I called to see if my part was in and they said it wasn't. I have been without a stove for 6 weeks! I called again to see if the part had arrived and I was put on hold for about 15 mins.
