The worst business 3/23/2011

It is very disappointing service. They charge very high on parts and they support that by stating "if we need to be in business... we should charge/make profit on parts"\r \r For example: for one part they charged 217.38 where as the actual part cost is 121.69. It happened to all the parts and they charged me 450 for parts and actual parts cost is 220. This will be my last service from them.... more

I agree that I won't trust my vehicles to anyone else. From helping me decided to put down an old vehicle to telling me my brand new one had problems that were recalled on my truck (and to go to the dealer to have fixed) They are awesome more

Top Notch Service 3/4/2010

We use Mike's Tire Center fairly often. I find Brad to be honest and trustworthy. I never feel like he is trying to find other things to "fix" when we take the car in. The service we have received there has always been top of the line. He has really listened when I try to describe a noise or feeling I get while driving the car and does his best to locate the problem. I have recommended him may times. Price is fair, not cheap (who is these days?) but you get what you pay for more

HONEST - FAIR - RELIABLE 10/14/2008

My wife and I have been bringing our vehicles to Brad and Chad for 13 years. They are honest, fair and reliable people and in today's world that is a rarity. We have recommended their shop to dozens of our friends and acquaintances and none have ever been disappointed. Keep up the good work guys! more

Trustworthy mechanics 2/27/2008

I have been taking my car and van to these guys for several years, and there have been a couple of things that they couldn't fix. Brad and Chad, the twins who run the place, told me upfront that they can't do much with the electrical system, and when they couldn't, they recommended a specialist. Also, they didn't charge me for checking into the problem. They are excellent with regular maintenance and their prices are reasonable. I've never had an unreasonable wait, either. more
