Will use again\r \r I used this company for the first time this week when my dishwasher broke down. Running a catering business I was in need of an emergency service call and I can say that I was truly impressed. John fixed my dishwasher on the spot, and the timescale from first contact to the completed job was just hours! Would definitely use again.\r more

Best priced Service call in NYC\r \r My dishwasher was due a service, but I just didn’t want to phone the manufacturer, knowing that I would have to wait ages for a bad service. I phoned Metro Appliance Repair and was very pleased when I was quoted the price for a service call that I could actually afford. Service was also second to none; job well done!\r more

Would never go anywhere else for a service call\r \r Metro Appliance repair have serviced my washer, my boiler, and just recently my air conditioning system. They never fail to impress me with their quality of service and workmanship and I would never consider going anywhere else for my appliance needs. more

John did a perfect job once again\r \r I called John out to my home to look at my boiler. I was confident that he would be able to tackle the job as he had already fixed my dishwasher and fridge in the past. True to his word, John managed to fix my boiler in just under a day; now that’s what I call perfect! more

I don’t think you can find a better company out there for repairing appliances\r \r They are friendly and reliable. I really don’t think you can ask for much more! I have had them fix two of my appliances so far. Both times they have repaired them within an hour or so. They turned up on time too! (This is something which I never really get from an appliance repair company) more

Brilliant customer Service\r \r I called a ton of companies for them to come and repair my dish washer. None of them wanted to come and help. They all said that it would not be worth their time as it was too old. They told me to go and buy a new one. I then got in touch with John. I thought he was crazy when he accepted the job. He said he knew the issue though as he had dealt with a similar Bosch dishwasher earlier in the week. He managed to fix it! more

Customer service second to none\r \r I have used this company twice for my household repairs and both times I have been impressed. This time it was my dishwasher that wasn’t draining properly and I really needed it fixed in a hurry. I shouldn’t have worried; the receptionist I spoke to ensured me that someone would be with me before the end of the day. It was only early afternoon when the repairman turned up at my home. He set to work straight away and managed to fix the problem with only minimal mess to my kitchen! Later that day I received a courtesy call asking if I had been happy with the service; now that what I call real customer service! more

John fixed the problem on the spot!\r \r When my tumble dryer was blowing cold air I wondered if somehow I had managed to mess up the settings myself, but after 10 minutes of fiddling around I resigned myself to the fact I would have to call out a technician. Thankfully John was a lot more clued up on tumblers than me and he managed to fix the problem on the spot, charging me a very reasonable price for call out and parts. Would definitely use again. more

Fixed my washer the same day.\r \r I loaded up my washer and set about doing my household tasks, returning to hang out my laundry at the end of the program. To my horror, my washing was still bone dry; not even damp! One quick call to Metro Appliance Repair NYC however put my mind at rest; the guy that answered my call ensured me someone would come and take a look later that day. John turned up just an hour later and fixed my washer on the spot, now that’s what I call customer service! more

“Calculate that price again for me please!” \r \r I had to say these very words to John. It was not because he was overcharging me. Oh no. It was because his price was a great deal cheaper than anybody else that quoted me for the job. He done such a stunning job I didn’t want him to lose out. Turns out that the price was right. He just cares about his customers and wants us to get a good deal by not wildly overcharging! Thanks J\r more

Brilliant….couldn’t hope for any better\r I don’t think there is much that you could ask from an appliance repair company. In my books they need to turn up on time, be friendly, fix the problem and charge a brilliant price. It seems that this company has it all. I really can’t fault them for that! more

I really cannot sing enough praises for John. He actually saved me from a great deal of embarrassment. I was at a friend’s house looking after it whilst they were away….I sort of pulled the door of the fridge. Not sure how it happened but it was on the floor. Gave John a call and he came and fixed it for me. Was a rather simple repair (although I wouldn’t have been able to tackle it and it didn’t cost me too much money either. Pretty sure it gave John a chuckle too, after all, it isn’t every day that you see a door of a fridge fall off surely?\r more
