I have used this company twice for my household repairs and both times I have been impressed. This time it was my dishwasher that wasn’t draining properly and I really needed it fixed in a hurry. I shouldn’t have worried; the receptionist I spoke to ensured me that someone would be with me before the end of the day. It was only early afternoon when the repairman turned up at my home. He set to work straight away and managed to fix the problem with only minimal mess to my kitchen! Later that day I received a courtesy call asking if I had been happy with the service; now that what I call real customer service!
