I loaded up my washer and set about doing my household tasks, returning to hang out my laundry at the end of the program. To my horror, my washing was still bone dry; not even damp! One quick call to Metro Appliance Repair NYC however put my mind at rest; the guy that answered my call ensured me someone would come and take a look later that day. John turned up just an hour later and fixed my washer on the spot, now that’s what I call customer service!
