Good: The owner and employees are friendly and professional. Being ex military myself and having a best friend as a retired military Pinoy, it was a pleasure knowing the owner Manny is retired special forces. The packages are sent out timely and arrive quickly with no issues. My fiance and I have used them 4 times without a problem in the main office. I even send stuff as a VIP member directly to their office and it is safe until I arrive. I can't rave about this place enough.. Bad: The Phoenix sub contractor is rude and a liar. First large shipment we sent, we BOUGHT 10 plus boxes and I had many other items. Phoenix sub quoted me a price, and told me I had to bring the shipment there and unload the boxes myself due to his hernia. That was a cost of a truck to go along with a 600 dollar mark up from the quote I got from the main LA office. I decided to drive it myself to California. After that the lies began from Phoenix sub and the guy even wanted my MOM to carry them there. LOLZ! Sh. Improvements: Dump the Phoenix bakeshop so non PI people can be respected. Some of us people are married to filipinas and use this service. BUYING 5 dollar boxes does not mean, according to the main office, I have to use a rude pinoy with a hernia so HE can make money. I do NOT trust him nor his attitude, so why would I have my mom carry heavy boxes to him? His explanation of knowing people who spend 5 dollars a box to use other services is a joke and a lie. I asked him how he knew this was happening and he had no answer. Other: 3 other times I needed boxes from the phoenix sugar/bake shop I had to listen to the "i need to use him...boxes are of great cost, others buy the boxes and use other services, a lie, and that he suddenly last time had no boxes, another lie because he had them until finding out we were going to drive them again to the eagle rock office. The owner of the phoenix shop is rude, a liar and I would suggest for any non pinoy people to get them to the main office where they are in great hands..
