Review content:
I've used this company often in the past for air cargo services and they were great. Deliveries happen within a week just as they advertised but just recently, I used their cargo service and it was bad. Of course, this may be due to someone else handling my account but the consolidation service took 3 weeks and i can't imagine why it would take that long especially since it was already February.
My box has arrived the port of Manila last Saturday but no one in their Manila office is answering whenever I call and it's the same case with the live chat service. I don't think I will use this company again.
