Dear Mr. Paez, I would like to direct your attention to a package (picked up by your agent on Sept.11, 2009)which has already been overdue and is presently unaccounted for by your staff. This package is with invoice/tracking no. 152458 and waybill no. 09-56. I have been in contact with your staff here in Manila and in LA and they have been giving me conflicting information. According to your staff in LA (Yasmin Perfecto) the package is already here in Manila since Oct. 17, 2009. However, when I checked with your office here (Oct. 24, 2009), I was informed by your staff (Arwin Inocencio) that it has not arrived yet. Upon further inquiry with him, I was given the impression that your office here has no idea where the package is. I hope that you would give proper attention and prompt action on this matter so that I will know the real status of my shipment. I also hope that you will live up to your company's promise of guaranteed quality service. Thank you. Gerard Tomacruz (mgtoma_2000@yahoo.com or mbtomacruzlaw@yahoo.com)
