Mike has been to our house twice in the last two months. The first visit was for a hot water heater install and yesterday he returned for an emergency call for a clogged drain line that was causing back flow into the basement. Both times I was impressed with his friendly demeanor, his attention to detail, and with how he took the time to explain the problems and the work that he was performing. He arrived promptly, early within the service window (with a call ahead to let me know his ETA). He put on protective booties before he entered the house and each time he went back and forth to the truck. He took care to protect the floors from his equipment, and both he and his partner cleaned up everything to spotless condition after they completed the work. After clearing the drain line, he ran a camera to ensure that there were no additional problems. In his inspection, he noticed that there was some scaling in the iron pipes and he was candid about being uncertain about the best way to approach the problem. While still on site, he consulted with two of his colleagues and when he received conflicting recommendations, he told me that he would dig deeper and come up with the best recommendation. I appreciate this candor, which speaks to his integrity. I would not hesitate to use Mallick Plumbing again and would hope that Mike was the one to answer the call should I need a plumber again. more

Frank R was very good. He was nice, polite, and came thru on his commitments. He also knows what he was doing! He even put on booties before he came into our house. In general all the Malllick folks are great. They are go to company for any of our septic and well needs. more

Chris M. was absolutely wonderful in quickly accessing the situation and pricing out the repair options. Our laundry room and ground floor room flooded while we were away. Water had to be turned off in the house. The Monday after returning home, Mallick got us on their schedule that day (as a new customer) and later bumped up the appointment by several hours due to the nature of the problem. We could not shower, do laundry or run the dish washer. Chris did a thorough job which took him several hours. He was polite, friendly, professional, and totally understanding of the bad situation we were in. I would highly recommend Mallick Plumbing & Heating....and especially Chris M. Thank you! more

Excellent and courteous service provided by Frank R from Mallick Plumbing. Frank arrived on time and provided a courtesy call to alert me he was on his way. He listened to my explanation of the problem I was having and gave me a very thorough explanation of the possible causes of the problem and how he was going to tackle it starting from the most simple first. His diagnostic was spot on, fixed the plumbing issue and made sure that the draining problem was not happening again. Very happy with Frank's work and will highly recommend him. more

There were a bunch of problems in the bath. Faucets had to be replaced in the the bathtub. Leaks and lines for the lav and the toilet had to be fixed and or replaced. All repairs were performed with quality and care. Mike did a great job and I look forward to being able to shower in my bath once more. more

Mike C. and assistant James, repaired leak under kitchen sink, replaced garbage, disposal, replaced shower head in bathroom, and checked Jacuzzi tub, and outside faucets.
