Strong work ethic 2/3/2018

Great customer service under the worst case scenario. Clogged drainage which led to the discovery of a broken septic pipe! Jim C. has a strong work ethic - he was efficient, considerate, and explained everything, including instructions on how to prevent another plumbing problem. Appreciate an honest plumber. more

Water pipe leak 1/28/2018

Good work. Professional, friendly, answered questions... one question forgot to ask: before his fix, tap water in kitchen cloudy until run off. That's continued. Would like it tested. more

Star Experience 1/28/2018

Bill replaced three toilets for me mid January. He worked long and hard and I was extremely pleased with the service that I received. It was definitely a 5-star experience. I am glad that I have a plumber that I will be able to rely upon in the future!! more

We had a number of small plumbing problems, and Mallick came and cleaned up a lot of them expeditiously before Christmas. As soon as we figure out the best times to have the water off in our condo building, we look forward to getting them back to take care of other items. more

Great Service 12/8/2017

Called Mallick to get an estimate on a new hot water heater tank. Had the privilege of having Mike S come out. Was very professional, knowledgable and courteous. Explained everything to me. Had the service scheduled just days later. He and his crew did a great job. They had to carry the old tank and the new tank up and down 3 flights of stairs - over brand new hardwood flooring that was put in. He had two gentlemen helping and they really took good care of the house and my belongings. Cleaned up after themselves. Very efficient. Explained everything to me in terms of what was done etc. All at a very reasonable price. I found my new plumbing go-to! Sorry i don't remember the names of the two gentlemen that were at the house helping - they were also extremely courteous and professional. more

Very happy 12/4/2017

I'm very happy with the quick response from Mallick plumbing. I was having water build up in my ceiling made a call and had the pleasure of meeting Frank R. who came to my home just a few hours after my call. Thanks to Franks knowledge, he found that the toilet above the ceiling was causing the issue and promptly fixed it. After Frank cleaned the area before he left which is great. Frank was a pleasure to talk to and to get advise about other plumbing issues. If I have any issues again in the future I will happily call Mallicks plumbing & heating more

Toilet installation 11/27/2017

I can highly recommend Mallick Plumbing. Frank was the technician who installed our new toilet. He was extremely courteous and efficient. He had to use a dolly to get the new toilet up stairs and made sure to clean off the wheels so it didn't leave any marks on the carpet or floor. The new toilet is installed and working well. I would definitely use Mallick Plumbing again for any plumbing job. more

Water Heater Installation 11/21/2017

Frank Rothwell did a fantastic job beginning with the estimate/quote process and finishing with the installation. Our old water heater was losing heat more and more each day, so I asked to be placed on the schedule as soon as possible. A few days later we had a new water heater that works great, and with folks coming in from out of town, just in time. Thank you Frank and Mallick Plumbing and Heating. I certainly recommend them to anyone reading this review. more

Mallick's quickly responded to my call and provided service from a knowledgeable professional. Frank not only understood working on old systems, he explained my problems in a straightforward manner. At the same time he provided excellent junior staffer that he had with him. Both were courteous and respectful of my property. I highly recommend! more

Excellent service by Mallick P&H with Mr. Frank Rothwell 11/1/2017

I greatly appreciate Mr. Frank Rothwell work and advise. He has replaces 2 heating elements in my water heater and, after checking the water pressure, has advised to install a water pressure reducing unit. Both works have been performed quickly and accurately. I really enjoyed talking to Frank and discussing different options of his important advise. It appears that the total charge was fair and below my expectations. I recommend Mallick P&H company and Mr. Rothwell for heating and plumbing work without any reservation. I will keep them in my service companies list. Thank you. more

Clear main drain 10/25/2017

Mike and his associate did a great job clearing the main drain with a motorized router. Then they ran a feed with a camera to see where the blockage had been.Very professional. Would like to get a copy of the recorded findings--by email or on a thumb drive--thanks in advance more

Satisfied customer 10/19/2017

I'm pleased with the overall service from Mallick Plumbing, and specifically with our technician who arrived inside the agreed upon time window and even gave me a 15 minute advanced call telling me he was on his way. I had Mallick come to replace the water cutoff valve under the kitchen sink and to replace/install a new kitchen faucet. Frank was polite/considerate during the duration of the appointment and got everything working. He then did a free maintenance inspection, which took only 5 minutes, but Frank pointed out and explained some things as a precaution, all of which was appreciated. I'm happy with Mallick and especially Frank and would select them again should I need a plumber again. more

plumbing 10/18/2017

I had a water holding tank replaced in my home (well&septic) by Mallick plumbing. All went well with the installation. I did notice a reduction in my water pressure after the replacement tank was installed. Mr. Fletcher was notified and he responded to my residence, made some adjustments to the pressure in the tank, and I now have good water pressure. I'm pleased that Mallick plumbing places customer care and satisfaction above all other considerations, and I will continue to use their services when the need arises. Hopefully not too soon! more

Mallick Plumbing Review 10/3/2017

My experience with Mallick Plumbing has been a very good one. My interactions with everyone there, beginning with those who made the appointments to Frank Rothwell, our plumber, made the need for repairs a pleasant experience. Their response time has been remarkably fast. So far we have needed service twice. Both times Frank called prior to arrival and was there on time. He was polite, professional and most importantly, knowledgeable. The areas in my home where were work was done, including a gas water heater replacement, were left so clean it was impossible to know he had been there. I highly recommend this company and will definitely call them again when needed. more
