Hot Water Installation 9/23/2017

Dealing With Frank and Mallick has been a great experience from Frank's visit to give me an estimate to the installation. Everything well so smoothly and the installation took less than 2 hours. Frank was nice, personable and professional. I will now use Mallick for all my plumbing needs. I'm just sorry that I did not know about them earlier. Great job! more

Great Service 9/19/2017

Over the years I have had bad luck with just about every tradesman in the area. My experience with Mallick was a refreshing change. Frank was on time, efficient, and explained to me exactly what he did. The price was very reasonable. I am lazy and never bother writing reviews, but I highly recommend Mallick and will use them in the future for all my plumbing needs. more

Mallick Plumbing & Heating 9/6/2017

I had a stopped up drain in the basement - called Mallick Plumbing and they were at my home within 3 hours. Dale came in, introduced himself, asked what the problem was and proceeded to the basement. The problem was a connection between my kitchen sink and the floor drain. In less than an hour, he had everything flowing again. Gave me some instructions and a product to use to keep everything clean and flowing. It was a pleasure to have everything taken care in such a timely manner and Dale couldn't have been nicer. Any further problems and I will only call Mallick Plumbing to come to the rescue. Ann - Rockville, MD. more

Mallick Plumbing & Heating 8/29/2017

I called Mallick Plumbing for a stopped up drain in the basement. Within 2 hours, Dale came to the rescue. He was friendly, found the problem quickly and within an hour, my drains were running clear. Super Plumber 8/23/2017

We had a slow leak in the Pressure Reducing Valve and one of our bathroom sinks was clogged. Chad and his helper came in and took care of everything quickly and efficiently and explained everything as they did it. We were very grateful! more

Shower faucet replacement 6/17/2017

Frank did an excellent job installing the shower faucet. He explained what he did and why. He also checked my hot water heater and toilet and changed without an additional,charge the rubber ball in the toilet. Based on this experience , I would highly recommend Mallick Plumbing. more

We had numerous problems with or toilet. Mike explained that the chlorine tablets we had been using were likely causing or contributing to the problem, and I greatly appreciate that he took the time to tell us that. He had to spend quite a lot of time finding a customized solution to our defective handle and he persisted until it was fixed. Excellent job, and I wouldn't hesitate to call him out for our next plumbing needs. more

Shower service call 5/19/2017

Frank R. was the technician who came to my condo. The shower diverter wasn't working and th drain was slow. He cleared the drain. The shower is a custom order which he placed the order while I waited. He confirmed the price and said since the part wasn't available in his truck, he would keep the order as an open service call which I thought was fair. He explained to me what lthe problems were and how he proposed to fix them. He was on time, knowledgable, and polite. He called shortly after he left as a follow up to say that the new shower fixtures are ordered and when they arrive Mallick will call and we'll set up an appointment. So far, I'm very pleased as I didn't know who to call for service. more

Water Heater Replacement 5/12/2017

Our water heater was leaking. We called Mallick Plumbing and they were able to replace it the next day. They worked efficiently and, based on the cost of our last hot water heater replacement 10 years ago, I believe the price they charged was reasonable. more
