We had numerous problems with or toilet. Mike explained that the chlorine tablets we had been using were likely causing or contributing to the problem, and I greatly appreciate that he took the time to tell us that. He had to spend quite a lot of time finding a customized solution to our defective handle and he persisted until it was fixed. Excellent job, and I wouldn't hesitate to call him out for our next plumbing needs.
