Frank Rothwell did a fantastic job beginning with the estimate/quote process and finishing with the installation. Our old water heater was losing heat more and more each day, so I asked to be placed on the schedule as soon as possible. A few days later we had a new water heater that works great, and with folks coming in from out of town, just in time. Thank you Frank and Mallick Plumbing and Heating. I certainly recommend them to anyone reading this review.
