Chris M. was absolutely wonderful in quickly accessing the situation and pricing out the repair options. Our laundry room and ground floor room flooded while we were away. Water had to be turned off in the house. The Monday after returning home, Mallick got us on their schedule that day (as a new customer) and later bumped up the appointment by several hours due to the nature of the problem. We could not shower, do laundry or run the dish washer. Chris did a thorough job which took him several hours. He was polite, friendly, professional, and totally understanding of the bad situation we were in. I would highly recommend Mallick Plumbing & Heating....and especially Chris M. Thank you!
