Excellent and courteous service provided by Frank R from Mallick Plumbing. Frank arrived on time and provided a courtesy call to alert me he was on his way. He listened to my explanation of the problem I was having and gave me a very thorough explanation of the possible causes of the problem and how he was going to tackle it starting from the most simple first. His diagnostic was spot on, fixed the plumbing issue and made sure that the draining problem was not happening again. Very happy with Frank's work and will highly recommend him.
