DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP 11/6/2009

This is the worst experience I've had with a dealership. I will never come here again and tell everyone about it. less than 2 weeks after I drove off the lot my check engine light came on due to an emissions error. When I called the dealership they basically told me I was out of luck because I didn't buy an extended warranty and it wasn't a lemon because it didn't have anything to do with the engine or transmission. I mean come on!! I haven't even made my first payment yet. If I'm buying a $20K vechicle I would like it to work. Do Not go to this dealership they are sly, rude and will do anything to make a $, even at the expense of a good customer. more

Great Experience! 10/28/2009

Our experience at Mac Haik in Georgetown was far superior to any of the other several dealerships we visited prior to visiting Mac Haik. We had been shopping for over a week and were exhausted from all the poor customer service. When we arrived at the dealership, Joe was more than happy to assist us even though he worked in new car sales and we were interested in used. There was no pressure selling, he listened to us and only showed us what we wanted to see. Pros: No Pressure, Straight Forward, Great Deal Cons: nothing more
