I've been waxing ever since my first year of college. The place I use to go closed so I tried m and m and I absolutely loved it! The service is great! And so is the price. Reena, the lady who works there, is really nice and friendly. While she was doing her job, she also managed to chat with us so that we wouldn?t get bored. She also got rid of each and every single hair. Yup there was not a single hair left when I was done and plus it also made my skin a lot smoother and shiny! The wax they use there is really good. I definitely recommend m n m to all the waxers out there. Trust me on this, you won't regret it! Plus it?s really cheaper. So try m n m! Pros: The work and the price Cons: Parking more

The threading is not worth the money because they always miss clumps of hair! I went for waxing and have been left with PERMANENT BURN MARKS on my face, legs and arms. Reena has little to no knowledge on skin care and wanted to give me a FACIAL to make my skin glow after burning and peeling off skin. Reena also had the gall to charge me extra and blame my skin for the waxing problems. I've been waxing for 15 years and have never ever had problems. A friend I recommended this salon too has also had the same experience as me. Given the prices Reena charges (they change everytime I've been there) and the substandard quality of products she uses and her lack of attention to detail, it's just not worth it. I'd rather pay more at a salon thats cleaner, uses better products and truly cares about not abusing their customers trust. I trusted Reena with my skin and I'm paying very heavily for it now. She's called me up and offered me discounts but I wouldn't go back even if her services are free. Find a better salon than this place, it's just not worth ending up scarred. I am really upset hence the long post. I don't want anyone else to have to go through what I have! more

I went in for threading of my husband bushy eyebrows and my own. The lady was very gentle and they looked perfect. The threading lasted for nearly 4 weeks. I had a bad experience with threading at Zen salon in El Cerrito but this place blew my mind. Pros: Lady is very nice more

This is Kelly. I was looking for a good threading place for long time, and i finally found M n M threading salon in Berkeley. I am soo glad that i found a good threading place. The place i use to go before wasn't nice. They were rude, and they didn't care bout my eyebrows shape and plus it really hurted me, but M n M is just perfect. The place is really good, and their threading artist, rena is really nice too and i went to do my eyebrow but i end up doing my whole face. hello my name is Tiffany i visited the mnm thread for my eye brows to be done and i ended up doing my whole face,and it didn't even hurt.I consider my self a pretty girl but i couldn't find anywhere to get my brows done, because wax always made my all face red, and wax always made my skin irritated not with this threading.Normally i had to do my eye brows the day before so my brows would not be red, but with this threading i could go the same day i am happy that i went to this place.You could't belive how nice it turn out without redness i am so happy.I really recommend it especially for people that get reddness or irrritation after they get the brows done.Thanks. Pros: it was sunday so i can park anywhere i like there is no problem for that. more
