Long's billiards is a one stop shop. We've purchased an Olhausen pool table and accessories in addition to a dart board and supplies. The staff is courteous and knowledgable, in addition we got good pricing. After recently moving, Longs moved our table to storage and then set it up in our new home. Long's Billiard's re assembled my 7 foot pool table and refelted it. The pool table had sat in an open garage for two years and had a minor warp in the cabinet. Jeremy and Antonio did a great job, and ensured that all of my questions and concerns were answered and met. A Brunswick pool table conveyed with the home I purchased but the cushions were shot. I removed the cushions, took them in to Long's to have them re-rubbered. After re-rubbering the cushions in the shop, the technicians brought them to my home. They re-covered and reassembled the table. The technicians were polite and efficient. They performed the job efficiently and cleaned the area prior to leaving. I am extremely pleased with the play of my table now.\r \r Artis \r Hampton, VA more

Long Billiards was engaged to move an oversized 5 x 8 pool table from my neighbors basement to my basement. The pool table needed to be disassembled and reassembled. The assigned employees were competent and caring. However, they should have been supplied with a few extra tools. First the staples that held the pockets to the sideboards were embedded very deeply and were difficult to pull out with standard pliers. I gave them a staple removal pliers that made the job 200% faster. Secondly after leveling the slate slabs and melting wax in the joints the installer used a single razor blade. I provided him with a Husky 4 inch wall paper stripper (Home Depot SKU 569494 $9.98) and the seemed was razored in 10 seconds.\r \r Dick Saunders more

Today I had Long's Billiards come out and disassemble my pool table and take it to my storage unit. I'll have them reassemble it in four years in my new home. I want to commend Jeremy & Adam who came out to my house today for being very respectful of my home and personal belongings. When the job was done they cleaned up everything leaving no mess. I have been using them for over 6 years and would highly recommend them in the future to anyone. We contracted with Long's to disassemble and then reassemble our pool table. Kelly was very helpful and worked to get the crew back sooner than we had planned so that we could start enjoying our table again. The 3 folks who worked on the job were great. They call when they say they are going to call, they came to the house at the time we were told to expect them, and Billy and Z did an incredible job reassembling and covering our pool table! Long's personnel picked up slate and frame in Newport News around 11:30am last Friday and transported to Williamsburg for assembly/installation. A more complex job that I ever expected with all the leveling, shimming, wax work, etc. They worked non-stop until after 6:30 pm to complete the job. Great Job!\r Long's Billiard's installed our new All Weather Billiards outdoor pool table this past Saturday. The company was professional and timely met the delivery schedule in spite of the summer traffic and coming to Virginia Beach from Newport News. Not only were the installers, Billy and Ryan, very personable but also very competent and did a great job. They definitely took their time to install the table as if it were being installed at their own home. They explained the installation and we learned during the 4-hour process that installing a 700-800 pound pool table requires patience and precision. Billy and Ryan made certain the table was level to a 1,000th of an inch and didn't take a break in spite of the hot sun. We were enjoying playing pool on the patio Saturday evening. The All Weather Billiards table looked great and was well manufactured by R&R Outdoors, Inc. of Naples, Florida. All-weather Billiards definitely built the table to endure the elements and last forever. We would definitely recommend an All Weather Billiards table and Long's Billiards for the perfect pool table and excellent, professional installation service. Satisfied customer in Virginia Beach. more
