As a pleased customer of Longs Billiards. , I am writing this review. Having to down size, with over 10 months of delay, Longs provide an excellent removal, transportation to storage, and then moved my Pool Table from storage to my New House and re-assembled all for one low affordable price. Long's Billiards provides good customer service. I was worked into their schedule when I asked so that my pool table would be ready for my family reunion. An employee that came out by himself did an excellent job. My husband was impressed with his expertise and courteous service. Just got my new pool table this week and I am very happy with the look and feel of the table. I purchased the table at an estate sale just a few days ago. The installers picked the table up from the home where I purchased it and transported it to my house. I had an idea where I wanted it but as we discussed the options the installers made recommendations of where the table needs to be placed in the room. This was a huge help and I can not be more happy with the suggestions made for placement. Now to teach the kids a little pool so they can enjoy the game as much as I do. Had our 8' billiards table recovered with a Simonis cloth and Vinny and Ryan did a super job. Their work was done in a very professional manner and answered all of my questions without hesitation. I don't normally write reviews, but wanted to for Long's Billiard Supply in Newport News, VA. We recently purchased an Olhausen Pool Table from them. After a small mix up, which Long's immediately took care of our table was delivered on 2/14/15. Brian and Billy were great, very efficient, polite and professional. The table looks great and plays true. Now my wife and I just need to learn to play pool without hurting our Olhausen table or ourselves. Thanks Long's Billiard Supply more

Thank you, thank you, thank you Long's Billiards, especially Brian and Chuck. The new tournament green felt and the new rubber on the rails made my table brand new. My friends have ribbed me for months on the condition of the table but now they are amazed at the difference the upgrades made.\r \r Brian and Chuck were professional and obviously skilled at what they do. Also courteous and precise as they removed the slate, applied the new felt, replaced the slate and installed the rails. \r \r I couldn't be more pleased that I chose Long's Billiards to relocate my table from Norfolk to my garage, and a year later replace the felt and rubber.\r \r Thanks again.\r Robert Dogan, Newport News more

I purchased a home with a pool table but was unhappy with the felt color choice. I went to Long's and was able to choose from a wide variety of colors. Chuck came and refelted the table quickly and professionally. He was very polite and knowledgable. Long's will certainly receive my business in the future. more

I was given a table in questionable condition so I called Long's to do the installation. Vinny and Joe came out, diagnosed the problems, coordinated the repairs and completed the installation - any road blocks were dealt with professionally and promptly. Vinny and Joe were so accommodating I couldn't have asked for anything more. I'll be visiting Long's for supplies and repairs going forward. more

Both of them were very professional and personable with making sure that the table was perfectly level and placed exactly where we wanted it. I recently contracted Longs Billiard to re-cover, re-assemble and re-level my Peter Vitali table. Vinny and Joe with Longs Billiard were very professional, courteous and technically competent. They took the time to ""do it right"" and did not cut any corners or work hastily to get the job done quickly. I am pretty picky about quality workmanship and I aware of the process and what it takes to do a quality job. They leveled the framework, leveled the slate, filled the seams with actual Wax (not plaster or other inferior material) and re-felted the rails and table. Overall I am very pleased with the job and I would recommend them to anyone looking to contract this work. Sincerely, DB more
