Great service and communication. 9/22/2017

I worked directly with Patty from the GM service center. She was extremely professional, courteous, and responsive throughout the recall process. Patty offered to provide text updates of the status of the service, and promptly sent notifications as steps were completed. Lee Johnson also offers drop off service when you have a recall issue, which was a nice bonus. A+ Team and Customer Service more

Hello. I recently took my car in for a recall revision. The front desk person was kind and very helpful. The entire process to check in and pick up the car was simple and efficient. However the poor front desk person had to spend more time telling me about this survey and why it should be done than it took to do the car check in and pick up process! What a waste of your employees time, and undo stress for them! I think that doing a survey for such a small item is over the top and unnecessary. It belittles the purpose of a survey and more than that it puts unnecessary pressure on your workers, knowing that for every word they say they will be surveyed and judged! more

always a pleasure. staff is great! my only one issue is that I paid for a maintenance plan, the service staff didn't know that and that since i was in on a saturday, they wouldn't know if the maintenance company would pay.... seems a bit backwards. i shouldn't have to be told my service will cost me 90$ when it's covered... kind of misleading more
