From the salesman, Alfredo, to the finance guy, Javier, this was the best time I've had buying a car. Most people don't enjoy having to prepare to do battle just to buy a car. The LJ folks have found a way to make the process enjoyable and they work with you to help you get the car you want. This is not new to them. I bought a car from them about 30 years ago and remember the same great experience. Thanks! more

WELL!! I can't begin to say enough good stuff about Jesse Cortez. He was wunderbar! I had originally communicated via email with Brian Schinto and Jesse respectfully waited for Brian, who was busy with another customer, before assisting me himself. I knew what I wanted and Jess accommodated completely. My husband, via phone with Jesse, was a bit harder sell and Jesse handled that 'glitch' very well and I'm a very happy customer. I had purchased my Spectra5 in 2006 from Lee Johnson and am very glad that I returned to purchase my 'new' Sportage! Gobs of thanks to JESSE and Brian, in Finance! My car purchase was easy and enjoyable and will be a highlight of 2017. more

In and out in a couple of hours (as promised). Friendly staff. What would have been a five star rating is if my car was whisked back as soon as I checked in at my appt. time, rather than sitting there in the driveway for 20+ minutes. more

Everytime I walk into Lee Johnson Chevy service I am treated so well that I feel like family. They remember where I work and try to work around my schedule. I receive texts to inform me what's happening with my car. It is really a great experience. more

Only trust Lee Johnson with my suv 9/22/2017

After another local chain store lies about rotating my tires and have me a quote for services my car didnt even need(transfer case service in a 2 wheel force vehicle) it was hard to believe they were even changing my oil during the time they hadn't my car. I rushed right back to LJ chevy and now they're the only ones I'll trust more

Took away my stress 9/22/2017

Check engine light came on during my drive to work. I called them and they had me in and diagnosed within 20 minutes. I got to my 9:30a meeting on time. They were Awesome - Shuttle worked great and expectations on my time were accurate and upfront! more

Lost key replacement 9/22/2017

Went to Lee Johnson to replace lost key/'remote. Being that I was a walk-in, the 1.5 hour wait was acceptable. Michael, the service writer was pleasant and knowledgeable. Good experience. more

Scott is always courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and takes his time to explain things. He makes you feel very WELCOME when you walk in the door and gives you as much time as you need to ask questions and give answers!! Mazda should be very PROUD to have an employee with ALL HIS EXCELLENT QUALITIES!! more
