We had an appointment to see a specific car on 12/31 at a specific time. That salesperson was NOT there, but Michael H. helped us. He found that the exact car we wanted was in the shop. This was interesting because we had an appointment to see it. He was very nice and I was able to drive a 2016 model to see if I even liked the car. He called us on Monday (1/2) to tell us the other car was ready and waiting. I drove the car, I loved it. I was offered a very nice trade-in for my used car. However, when we went to talk to the financial person (John Green) he was very condescending about my desire to pay cash. He talked about how it was not fiscally responsible to save up that much money and it would be better to finance. I come from a family that does not finance cars. I do not like bills. So I 'smiled and nodded' and then paid my deposit. As the banks were not open on that day, my mom brought a check to the finance department the next day (1/3). Again John Green decided that he needed to tell her that he did not agree with paying cash. My mom felt personally attacked. Overall I would recommend Michael H as a salesperson, he is extremely nice works with you as a buyer. But be prepared to defend your personal opinions on whether to finance or pay cash for a car.
