I don't typically enjoy shopping for cars or sales people. However, my experience here changed my attitude on what I should expect. Mark was friendly and helpful from the beginning and didn't pressure me at all into purchasing a vehicle. He provided informed and honest answers to my questions and really allowed me to decide what I wanted. I was looking at two cars with about $10,000 difference between them. At no point did he pressure me into the more expensive car but rather educated me on both and allowed me to take them out to get a feel for the cars. He was patient and relaxed, telling jokes and remaining personable throughout the few hours we were there. He worked with us on the financing terms and made sure we were satisfied with the end result. He actually stayed and showed me the features of the car well after closing with no rush to leave.
The whole staff really seem to care about what they're doing and the people they're dealing with. It was worth the drive from Tacoma and I'll definitely do business there again.
