I never felt rushed, no matter who I spoke with they listened. I felt I was being treated fairly and not being overcharged or service done that was not needed. The place was clean. more

Went the extra mile to help out when the job went longer than expected 10/16/2017

Came in for a brake issue and they did a great job on the brakes including testing and explaining how they would feel after the work. They also did a fine job separating out some nice to have long term service from what I needed done immediately. As it's an older commute car we don't like to throw a ton of money at it. The car was due for tires and after deciding to get that done, that unexpectedly pushed the service into the next day. When I showed up or the car they apologized for the delay and already had a loaner car ready and even covered the gas for my trouble. That was huge as I had a doctor's appointment the next morning and not having a car would have been a real problem. That was super great customer service, and I really appreciated it. more

Both Jon and I were pleased with our overall experience in buying our next car from the dealership ... helpful, friendly and willing to bend a bit to make the deal work. I showed up unannounced with problems with my clutch. By the time I made it to the dealership, car was in really bad shape and did not make it to the service bay. No problem - the service agents rescued my car from the street, analyzed the problem, got me a loaner in a short amount of time. Kept me apprised of what they found and when I could expect the car to be done. Could not ask for better service! Scott Trail is always honest, willing to go the extra mile. more
