I brought in my truck with a check engine light and these professionals took care of me and my vehicle. I felt at ease when I left and that my truck was well taken care of. Although they are not the closest to where we live, I will not go anywhere else. more

In a routine window replacement, a switch issue was found that prevented my window from operating normally. They ordered the part and gave me a loaner to drive. They did not charge me labor for the switch. They just do this. They are the best. more

There was a glitch with the communication - I was told the part was in for the recall so I made the appointment to drop off my car, then shuttled both ways to and from work to pick up afterwards. Was told that the part was not in and had to be ordered. They apologized and I'm expecting them to improve in the future so that this does not happen again (hence the 4 stars). Not the end of the world, but a couple minutes of checking on their part would have saved my 90 minutes from my work day. On the whole the I am happy with the service department, and would recommend. Everyone makes mistakes, it's what you do about it that's important. more

Excellent Service 10/2/2017

I took my 2004 Avalanche in because the transmission was slipping. Kyle Sullivan quickly looked into the records and found that it was still under warranty, since it was replaced last spring. He sent me on my way in a loaner and 48 hours later it was ready to go. He also called me to say that he would "recommend" replacing the radiator because of a lack of decent flow. Other placed would say it needs to be done immediately. Upon his "recommendation" I had the radiator replaced at the same time. Thanks for looking out for your customers. JL more

The service department seems to be efficient, knowledgeable and fast. They took care of everything I needed done and got me going right when they said they would... I am continually disappointed in the Car Wash feature of your services, however...seems many times when I am there it is "out of order". It is probably well used and I just have great timing. more

No surprises 10/1/2017

Scott, Robert and team always take good care of us. This time they had to keep it longer than planned as they found a problem that needed to be addressed but was covered by warranty. They got me a loaner, so was not a problem to leave it overnight. Only surprise for me was that they usually go over the sheet that shows status of tires, brakes, lights, etc. and this time they did not. When I got home and read through it, it appeared I need new tires, but they didn't mention that. But again, been using these guys for 4 years and they've been pretty consistently good. more
