Hello. I recently took my car in for a recall revision. The front desk person was kind and very helpful. The entire process to check in and pick up the car was simple and efficient. However the poor front desk person had to spend more time telling me about this survey and why it should be done than it took to do the car check in and pick up process! What a waste of your employees time, and undo stress for them!
I think that doing a survey for such a small item is over the top and unnecessary. It belittles the purpose of a survey and more than that it puts unnecessary pressure on your workers, knowing that for every word they say they will be surveyed and judged!
