If you want you car to be ruined and have to pay for it go here. Twice I went to this place and had plugs put in. The first time the car ran good for a few days then ran worse then ever. I checked the engine and everything they took off to get to the plugs were put back on hand tight at best. Some nuts and bolts had already fallen off. Took it back, so sorry sir lets us do it again I will see its done right, so says Russel the then manager. I get in the car and the engine light comes on. Go back in and the mechanic, what a joke, comes and and he had not hook up one of the sensors. Next time go in with a mustang saleen, its a coil issue, ok fix it and replace all the plugs.Runs ok for a few days the almost dies, go back in and they say its another coil and they didn't check the plug, test drove and and said it was done, the car was at least as bad as when I took it in. They say well the spark plugs usually gets fouled when a coil goes bad, we want another 80 bucks to fix it. Took it to another place, an actual mechanic, and he pulled the plug and the plugs contact points were touching!! And again everything they took off was not even hand tight. How do they stay in business? more

I haven't been happy with them, either. They never have the car ready when quoted, even if I'm waiting there with kids in tow. Sent me home with a lug nut missing from my tire after I had tires rotated, and tried to tell me I had gone in with it missing and it wasn't their fault-lie. Stripped my oil drain plug completely (I had to buy a new one at the dealership) because they didn't have the right size socket wrench. Not good for quality or dependable work. more

I have only gone here once and was not impressed with the staff. I went in looking for a specific set of tires. After telling me they did not have them in stock, they did not offer to order them for me or even help me find them elsewhere. Instead they tried to sell me another set which was a much higher weight rating than what was appropriate for my car because they had all of those in stock. Needless to say I did not go back here. more

The one and only time I went into this location I drove in with a flat tire which they happily aired up so I could make it home and have my husband deal with it. When the tire was taken to them to have it repaired, they said the tire was no good and insisted on selling us all new tires. We took it somewhere else and had it plugged. Pressure sales I don't need, just needed the flat fixed. That tire ended up lasting us 2 more years before be bought all new tires (not from them)! more
