Haven't had any service for awhile. Was great on last furnace check up.

Worst

We had our coil clogged up with grime from our own fault. The service man was highly polite and informative, but $300 for a job requiring no parts and less than hour of time seems...

They were great == on time, polite, and quick to returen phone calls. 1/13/2016

My furnace went out and I noticed it when returning from work on a cold day. It was before 5:00 p.m. I called another company that told me their closing time was 3:30 p.m. When I called this company, someone returned a call within a couple of minutes. Within 30 or so minutes the repairman arrived. He protected my light colored carpet by covering his snowy boots, and promptly fixed the furnace. I would call them again. Fast Service! 1/6/2016

Five Stars! Called them in the morning and they were there by noon. Tech explained everything thoroughly and was really knowledgeable about my super old all electric furnace. They have been servicing my home for the last 5 years. Highly recommended. more

I was informed of cost to fix versus cost to replace in advance. Our furnace is old but we chose to fix for now. Works great! more

Neededservice 12/17/2015

I called for an inspection and was pleased to have a furnace inspector tell me nothing is wrong with my furnace. He did let me know what was not up to code with my furnace and water heater and texted for carbon monoxide leaks. Good, prompt service! more

Fantastic Customer Service 12/17/2015

The first time we used Just Right Air was after we had another company install a new furnace. The furnace kept periodically breaking down, even though it was a good quality furnace. The installing company came out several times, but couldn't figure out what was going wrong. Just Right Air came out and fixed the problem on the first visit. We've used them ever since, and are always extremely pleased with their wonderful customer service and are impressed with their extensive knowledge of heating and cooling units. more

Poor Follow-Up 12/17/2015

I like the technician, but his follow-up was horrible. He tried to fix my furnace, but needed to order a new circuit board to make it function normally. He charged me $170 for some repairs that did not fix the problem and told me he would get back to me with a quote and a time to install the circuit board within two days. Nine days later I had to call Just Right Heating back to find out what was going on. In the meantime, I could not keep my house warm and had to keep starting and restarting my furnace to keep it cycling. If I had not already paid $170, I would have reached out to another company for service. more

I was very impressed with Just Right Air and it was a very reasonable price. Other places that I have checked with were outrageous in price...I just wanted my furnace cleaned not buy a new one. I am already telling others about Just Right. I plan on using them in the future as well. more

Great customer service 11/30/2015

We called because our furnace pilot light would not stay lit. We didn't have any heat. They came out the same day and looked at the unit. They said we needed a new circuit board and they didn't have one with them. They came back with heaters for our house to make sure we were warm that night. They came back the next day and the board didn't work. They figured out that the pilot light was the problem and it ended up costing us $400 less the the initial estimate. Very professional and made sure we were warm at night. Thanks! more

Our technician arrived a bit earlier than expected, which was a breath of fresh air (no pun intended). He was friendly, respectful of our home and made some great suggestions regarding how to run our system efficiently for both winter and summer.
