I like the technician, but his follow-up was horrible. He tried to fix my furnace, but needed to order a new circuit board to make it function normally. He charged me $170 for some repairs that did not fix the problem and told me he would get back to me with a quote and a time to install the circuit board within two days. Nine days later I had to call Just Right Heating back to find out what was going on. In the meantime, I could not keep my house warm and had to keep starting and restarting my furnace to keep it cycling. If I had not already paid $170, I would have reached out to another company for service.
