Haven't had any service for awhile. Was great on last furnace check up.

Worst

We had our coil clogged up with grime from our own fault. The service man was highly polite and informative, but $300 for a job requiring no parts and less than hour of time seems...

Great service 4/24/2016

Arrived on time. Liked getting a phone call letting me know technician was on his way. Thank you for not selling me services/repairs I didn't need. Last guy told me our ac coils were going to fail any day and needed to replace them asap. Unit worked fine all summer long and had zero problems. more

Provided Maintenance Service 4/20/2016

Just Right went above and beyond to provide an annual service to our AC/HT unit they installed. Service Technician was courteous and thorough. Thanks for your service and yes we would use them again I recommend Just Right for you AC/HT needs. more

The hvac did not complete the inspection 4/10/2016

The hvac tech came out told me I had a bad furnace, did not clean or service my unit as originally requested and still charged me $75.00. Scaring me thinking I needed a new furnace I got a second opinion and found I didn't need one. It's still dirty and now I will have to pay for another company to come out and service and clean my furnace. I was so disappointed with the service. Especially after reading all the other reviews. more

Hvac tune up 4/9/2016

Good service although discontinuing their 50% discount for tune-up and allowing it only for new customers doesn't really promote repeat customer loyalty. This was the first time using Just Right Air. We were without heat on a very cold morning. The service that we use to use retired, he recommended this company. We trusted him, so we gave it a shot, and we are very happy we did. Someone was sent out quickly, and was able to diagnose and fix the problem. We felt very comfortable with the service man (Mike). more

Furnace Check 3/14/2016

I just had one of Just Right Air's technicians come to my home to check out the furnace I had installed in September. He was great! After checking everything out (he even gave me a free filter!) I asked him to program my thermostat for me. I'm not tech savy....:). Anyway, he set it up for me just the way I wanted it. I'm so pleased with the furnace/ac I purchased from Just Right Air. High quality...works great! Highly recommend them! more

Dealing with Just Right Air was great! 2/26/2016

The people I dealt with were very professional. I felt they were honest. They were punctual and went the extra mile to help me out. I didn't have any heat for a short period of time so they brought me two heaters that really helped out. more
