The hvac tech came out told me I had a bad furnace, did not clean or service my unit as originally requested and still charged me $75.00. Scaring me thinking I needed a new furnace I got a second opinion and found I didn't need one. It's still dirty and now I will have to pay for another company to come out and service and clean my furnace. I was so disappointed with the service. Especially after reading all the other reviews.
