My furnace went out and I noticed it when returning from work on a cold day. It was before 5:00 p.m. I called another company that told me their closing time was 3:30 p.m. When I called this company, someone returned a call within a couple of minutes. Within 30 or so minutes the repairman arrived. He protected my light colored carpet by covering his snowy boots, and promptly fixed the furnace. I would call them again. Thanks for the great service.
