We called because our furnace pilot light would not stay lit. We didn't have any heat. They came out the same day and looked at the unit. They said we needed a new circuit board and they didn't have one with them. They came back with heaters for our house to make sure we were warm that night. They came back the next day and the board didn't work. They figured out that the pilot light was the problem and it ended up costing us $400 less the the initial estimate. Very professional and made sure we were warm at night. Thanks!
