We've been with PA since our kids were born starting in 1993...our son is now an adult and moving on, but we loved Dr Chattra with him.he always speaks to him, not just to the parent and I really liked that. One time he had a stubborn wart and Dr Chattra let him experiment with the dry ice after he froze the wart..how cool is that! Our daughter sees Dr. Wen and we have been really pleased with her as well...she again, also talks to the child and asks her questions. Wait times can get a bit long at times, but that is the nature of managed health care...dont blame the doctors for that...they are required by their practice/insurance to see ""X"" number of patients per hour so if they run behind, it's because they are taking the time a patient needs! I like that its in my neighborhood and that they can usually get you in the same or next day. more

We have been seeing Dr Chatra since his first week in Redmond. I guess it's been about 9 years! I trust he and the others at Redmond Ridge more than I can ever explain. We have one child with some special needs and he has been right there with my husband and myself to figure out what is best for her. As far as the guy who said he was not pleased with this office seems like he must have resented having to take his children into the office to begin with- seems to have that I am more important than OTHERS concept. If I have to wait I think I am glad they are taking time with the patient that MUST need it. I know if I am ever the mother of the patient that needs extra time they will do what's right and help my child! Nice to feel SAFE and know you can TRUST your providers! more

Obviously my experiences have been different than the other member. I have taken my two children to Dr. Chattra for 4 years and I have only been kept waiting once and Dr. Chattra was very apologetic. I don't mind waiting 10 min. I've lived in other cities where the wait can be HOURS! Dr. Chattra never rushes me and is excellent with the kids. Very smart, has yound children and gives you a lot of time. COM: Difficult to see so I generally see another doctor at the Bellevue office for sick appts. and reserve Dr. Chattra for the well child appts. Highly recommended and very popular! more

I am a father of 2 children and have visited both the Redmond and the redmond ridge centers innumerable times. The Doctors (especially Dr. James Chattra) is very irresponsible in terms of time. I have always waited for minimum of 15 minutes beyond my scheduled time. In 3 cases, I waited for over an hour and then left.
