I would like to recognize Chris for his exceptional customer service. His skill set would be an asset to any company that deals in customer service. He is courteous, knowledgeable in this field, and has the patients to deal with customers like me , whom are ignorant in the field of automotive. I am sure some of the questions he receives daily would wear on an individual. He approaches all of your customers with dignity and respect. more

I've been going to them for at least 12 years or so and every time they have provided excellent, professional, and cost effective service to all of my vehicles. The are not only have great service for Japanese made vehicles but domestic also. The staff has been nothing but courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Will continue to go to them for all my car repairs. Keep up the great work! more

Only can say good here. I called / went in, they took care of my Dodge truck.One of my work trucks this is . The front wheel barring wend bad real fast. They had it fixed the next day. I will bring my 3 others to get tires rotated and oil & lube. Dale Owner Complete air duct. more

Great experience, 2007 Toyota FJ Cruiser 10/29/2016

I had a great experience with JC Auto. They requested to test drive with me so they were on the same page in regards to the noise I was hearing from my front end. They successfully remedied the problem- a front wheel bearing. They also alerted me to some additional items that were making noise that will eventually need attention and gave me various options. I certainly trust these guys to work on my Fj and will be seeing them soon to do some additional work. Thanks guys. more

I trust your shop to know the needs of my Mazda(s), but when I came in for the pre-purchase inspection, I expected to get a copy of the report, not just a list of recommended repairs. more

Honest and friendly 10/26/2016

They were fast, courteous, and explained in detail what may have caused the mechanical failures, including what each of the parts did and what may happen if the parts weren't fixed. They laid out the price of each repair on a separate invoice and then told me which repairs were critical and which weren't so that I could essentially create my own repair "package". That was amazaing. more

Fast quality service 10/20/2016

Took vehicle in for oil change. As part of checking vehicle it was determined that another minor service Item was needed so I was asked if I wanted this service done. Both oil change and other service were completed in 45 minutes and I was on my way. more

Wonderful experience! 10/8/2016

I brought my car into JC Connection for the first time for some routine fixes and some odd noises I was hearing. The staff was excellent and very knowledgeable about my Toyota Prius. The routine fixes were addressed right away and at a very reasonable cost. One noise was not being heard in the repair shop, but they were willing to take the time and effort to have me take a drive with them to find the noise. Overall I had a wonderful experience with all of their staff. more
