THE BEST AROUND 9/30/2016

Kraig, and his staff, make a concerted effort to explain their diagnoses, and to discuss various options to address issues in customers' automobiles. They are good at what they do. for eight years, I have traveled160 miles round-trip to have JC work on my Honda because I know that Kraig and his staff will do good work at a reasonable price. more

Excellent service and reliable staff! 9/11/2016

I've been going to Japanese Connection for almost twenty years. They provide fast and knowledgeable service and they have always backed their work up if something was missed. The staff is amazingly reliable, they have always told me up front what needed to be done and what didn't. Never have they tried to "pad" my bill to increase their revenue. more

Not only did they quote me at 2/3 of the dealership price, JC Repair had me out in an hour less than the original estimate. They also went above and beyond and cleaned up seepage from the hoses to the power steering pump that anyone else would have ignored. Fast, friendly service, done with integrity. I will be recommending them to anyone I know in need. more

Oil change plus check-up 7/14/2016

My wife took the car in for oil change prior to making a long trip. As part of the check-up they determined that the battery needed replacing. It possibly could have lasted longer but recommended it be replaced so she would not have problems while she was out of town. more
