I gave you a 4* only because of the price of checking the squeak in reverse. $49.50 seems high. I think that your techs have heard this common indicator before. Was the work for an hours work of backing up the car? I would have thought that the $49.50 would be in the brake job, not in the inspection. I do like the work you guys perform, just this time the price was a bit too much. more

Great Service 12/28/2013

This was my second time going in for an oil change. Each time, I asked the guys to check on something I wasn't sure about. Each time they told me everything was fine. I don't feel like I'm being taken advantage of. Appointments are easy to make and the service is efficient. Will definitely keep returning for my car maintenance needs. more

One of the things I love about Japanese Connection is that I can count on getting the truth about needed repairs. They are great about telling me what needs fixing now and what can wait for later and why. We've been customers for many many years and would never consider using any other shop. more

Paul helped me troubleshoot my car's ignition problems over the phone so I could get the darn thing started. When I got the car in they diagnosed the problem and got me back on the road quickly. more
