what great service 3/16/2014

What a great "FIND" Japanese Connection has been for me. After being told by my previous repair shop that I needed a whole new transmission, Japanese Connection found that I only needed a small part for my back-up gear.... saving me $1200. Then they discovered the reason my engine light was always on... again something my old repair shop couldn't figure out in 3 years. I love this shop. more

I have been taking my cars to Japanese Connection for at least 8 years. They have always been up front with me and I don't believe they encourage work on the cars that isn't necessary. more

Knowledgable, Efficient and Fair Rates 2/20/2014

I brought my car in for what I thought was a simple heater problem and it turned out to be the water pump! The guys at Japanese Connection were courteous, explained the problems clearly and worked with me on the price because the scope of work was so much bigger than originally planned. They are a bit of a drive for me but I would use them again and recommend them because this first experience was positive. more

Got me in right away! 2/15/2014

I smelled gas one afternoon and called to see if I could get in first thing the next morning. They not only got me in first, they fixed my car so I could make it to my 10:00 a.m. appointment. Great service! more
