I've been going to Japanese Connection for almost twenty years. They provide fast and knowledgeable service and they have always backed their work up if something was missed. The staff is amazingly reliable, they have always told me up front what needed to be done and what didn't. Never have they tried to "pad" my bill to increase their revenue.
