I brought my car into JC Connection for the first time for some routine fixes and some odd noises I was hearing. The staff was excellent and very knowledgeable about my Toyota Prius. The routine fixes were addressed right away and at a very reasonable cost. One noise was not being heard in the repair shop, but they were willing to take the time and effort to have me take a drive with them to find the noise. Overall I had a wonderful experience with all of their staff.
